Customer Stories

Pat’s Butchers, Little Aston, Sutton Coldfield.

Established back in 1977, Pat’s Butchers began with a traditional paper-based accounting system. In 2019, it was time to bring the system into the 21st century and so Pat’s son, Chris tasked us with migrating the accounts over to a digital system.

The aim was to gain a real time insight into the position of the business, complete with the added bonus of reducing administration. Due to some initial apprehension from Pat’s wife, Linda, both systems were ran simultaneously to begin with until everyone was confident that the digital processes worked.

Today, the business relies solely on the digital system, which is working seamlessly and smoothly. The owners can now view profit and loss for the current month on their mobile devices and their ten members of staff have digital payslips emailed directly to them each pay day.
